Q: How long will it take to receive my VISA® Check Card?
A: It takes approximately 2 weeks to receive your check card.

Q. How do I activate my VISA® Check Card?
A. There are two ways to activate your card:
• Call toll free 800.557.6427 or locally 320.256.5050 and press option 2 for card activation
• Log onto Internet Banking and click Card Activation on the left navigation pane

Q: Can I change the Personal Identification Number (PIN) assigned to my VISA® Check Card?
A: Yes - you can change your PIN number at the ATM located in the Albany Antique Center or the Gorecki Dining Center at the College of St. Benedict.

Q: What if I lose my VISA® Check Card?
A: Report the missing card immediately by calling toll free 800.557.6427 or locally 320.256.5050 and selecting option 3.

Q. What if I lose or forget my pin number, who do I contact to have it reissued?
A. If you lose or don't remember your pin number you can contact any one of the 9 offices or call toll free 888.330.8482 to have it mailed to you.

Q. Does my PIN change when I get a new card?
A. Your PIN number will stay the same if you receive a replacement card. If you receive a new card with a new number you will receive a new PIN.
